Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in safety management or a related field preferred.
• Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines.
• Ability to produce reports and develop policies, including data analysis and risk assessment.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Current OSHA 30 and OSHA 500 certifications; First Aid/CPR certified.
• Crane and rigging experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate safety practices and facilities to assess risk and legal adherence.
• Develop and implement health and safety plans and policies.
• Conduct safety training sessions and accident prevention programs.
• Monitor compliance and enforce policies to promote a safety culture.
• Investigate accidents and manage workers' compensation claims.
• Oversee on-site job hazard analyses and safety trainings.
• Use a continuous improvement approach to engage field personnel and leadership in safety goals.
