Job summary

HazTek Safety Management is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead on commercial construction projects, ensuring OSHA compliance and the adoption of best safety practices. The role centers on creating a culture where safety is a core value and every worker goes home safely.

You will oversee safety operations, conduct daily meetings, manage incident investigations, audits, and supervise subcontractors, with emphasis on Fall Protection and Scaffolding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years direct construction safety experience.
• Degree in a safety related field preferred.
• OSHA 510 and/or 500 a plus.
• CHST or CSP preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance
