Job summary

HazTek Inc. seeks an experienced Safety Manager to oversee safety operations on our commercial construction projects and ensure OSHA compliance, implement best safety practices, and foster a culture where every worker goes home safe.

The role involves overseeing all safety aspects of projects, conducting daily safety meetings, completing accident reports and investigations, performing daily safety audits, and managing subcontractors and contractors, including Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years direct construction safety experience required.
• Degree in a safety related field preferred.
• OSHA 510 and/or 500 a plus.
• CHST or CSP preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance.
