Aufgaben

• Create, update and maintain the project submittal log and QC reports.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications.
• Chair and document weekly QC meetings with the superintendent and provide minutes.
• Provide daily QC reports confirming conformance and address non-conformances.
• Conduct meetings to establish standards of care for each definable feature of work.
• Verify materials received meet approvals and are suitable for use.
• Conduct preconstruction meetings with subs and superintendent two days prior to new phase.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning of building systems.
• Maintain the project as-built drawings daily.
• Assemble and forward closeout documents including O&M manuals and warranties.
• Stop work to resolve safety/quality/schedule issues.
• Facilitate the commissioning process.
• Investigate upfront to foresee unusual installation requirements.
• Push back on requests outside the contract scope.
• Find cost-efficient ways to meet contract requirements.
• Be an active participant in solving QC issues.
