Frontier-Kemper-Tutor Perini joint venture is seeking a Construction Quality Manager to join our Manhattan Tunnel Project in New York, NY.

You will implement and administer the Construction Quality Management Plan (CQMP) during all phases of construction, serving as the primary field quality representative to ensure contract requirements, approved drawings, specifications, approved submittals, and Owner quality requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of quality management, quality control, field engineering, or construction inspection experience on heavy civil, tunnel, underground, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality systems, CQMPs, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality documentation requirements.

Responsabilités

• Implement and administer the Construction Quality Management Plan (CQMP) and support the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Coordinate project quality activities with field operations and project management.
• Monitor compliance with contract documents, specifications, approved submittals, RFIs, and design revisions.
• Support quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
