Hedrick Brothers Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the development, implementation, and enforcement of the company’s Quality Control Program across active projects in Florida.

This role ensures compliance with construction documents, approved submittals, and company standards from first installation through final closeout. Working with the VP of Commercial Operations, project managers, and superintendents, you will set QC standards, drive accountability, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of 6–10 years of construction experience.
• OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Florida driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Hedrick Brothers QC Program, including checklists, inspection standards, documentation protocols, and non-conformance procedures.
• Work with the VP of Commercial Operations to build out the QC department, processes, and procedures company-wide.
• Establish and enforce QC standards across all active projects, ensuring consistency regardless of project type, size, or sector.
