Job summary

The Ross Group Construction Corporation seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead daily quality control on construction projects, performing inspections of work and submittals and coordinating with the Owner’s quality assurance representative to meet contract requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of QC management experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager.
• Experience maintaining quality, schedule, safety and cost performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Quality Control Plan for project quality control and inspections.
• Coordinate with the Owner’s QA representative to ensure contract requirements are met.
• Oversee safety practices of on-site personnel and visitors.
• Review submittals, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain punch lists.
• Provide weekly updates and daily reports on quality, safety, and progress.
