Job summary

oWOW, a vertically integrated construction, architecture, manufacturing & development company, seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager in the Oakland area to own the full lifecycle from predevelopment through CO. You will be accountable for schedule, cost, contracts, and financial performance across complex mass timber projects.

You’ll lead master schedules, control GMPs and cash flow, negotiate owner and major trade contracts, and manage project risks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Business Plan: Manage projects from predevelopment through Certificate of Occupancy in alignment with approved budgets and schedules.
• Run the Integrated Schedule: Develop and manage the master schedule across design, permitting, procurement, and construction. Track progress daily and correct deviations early.
• Manage Cost & Cash Flow: Control GMP, forecasts, contingencies, and expenditures. Monitor projected versus actual fee performance monthly and take corrective action as needed. Draft, negotiate, and administer owner and major trade contracts. Ensure commitments align with contractual terms and project economics.
