Monadnock Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead day-to-day project execution in New York City. You will oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to meet budget and schedule goals while upholding Monadnock quality standards.

The role requires coordinating preconstruction tasks, procurement, cost control, schedule development, submittals, RFIs, and closeout activities. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in construction management, with NYC multifamily exposure,

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Experience running new construction projects in NYC, with multifamily projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is desired.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day execution of projects, manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Review plans for constructability and coordinate logistics and permits.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules and change orders.
• Prepare bid comparisons and oversee procurement.
• Monitor safety compliance with Monadnock standards.
• Coordinate closeout processes, occupancy sign-offs, and documentation.
• Report progress to project owners and communicate with Architect/Engineers.
• Supervise junior staff and assist in development of PMAs.
