• Knowledge of construction and project management software.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and collaborate with construction and design staff and partners for building sites across regions.
• Provide leadership to outsourced partners and contractors to implement processes.
• Oversee initiatives to execute business plans and develop functional strategies.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and manage performance of senior construction managers.
• Maintain expert understanding of all building sites and construction matters in the portfolio.
