Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of experience in construction management, with experience on public projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience delivering projects in public-sector environments (municipal, healthcare, higher-education, transportation).
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or similar PM software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to prioritize and work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day project operations, ensuring coordination between contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Support tracking project schedules and milestones, identifying delays, developing mitigation plans.
• Assist in managing project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders).
• Collaborate to meet project goals from budget to timeline and quality control.
• Participate in client and team meetings, preparing progress reports.
• Assist in coordinating inspections and ensuring building codes compliance.
