Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8-12 years of experience in construction management.
• Experience in Health Care, Advanced Manufacturing Science and Technology, Life Science, K-12, Higher Education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops the project safety plan with corporate safety and provides jobsite leadership.
• Manages project financial forecast, notice provisions, and billings to meet contract requirements; takes corrective actions.
• Creates and manages a project-specific quality plan aligned with the Owner contract and contract documents.
• Leads the development of the project estimate and coordinates with estimating team to meet obligations.
• Leads project constructability and coordination reviews.
