With a preferred 6 years of experience in the construction industry, candidates must possess strong troubleshooting skills and be proficient in Excel, among other technical abilities.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience preferred, preferably in Virginia.
• Must be a motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work independently with little to no assistance.
• Experience in utilities construction is essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project budgets and schedules.
• Oversee site work and keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain relationships with owners, vendors, subcontractors, and staff.
