Qualifications

• Strong budgeting and cost control experience.
• Proficient reading of shop drawings, architectural plans, and structural calculations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to align with requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Conduct regular meetings to identify and resolve project-related issues.
• Submit project deliverables per quality standards and manage change requests.
• Create and manage BOM, labor budgets, and pre-job packages.
• Participate in site meetings and assist with field measurements.
• Secure customer acceptance or project deliverables and monitor satisfaction.
