BAMCO inc. in Middlesex, NJ is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery with high quality.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of PM experience, proficiency in AutoCAD/Bluebeam, and a strong track record in managing complex projects with stakeholder satisfaction. In-person role with ESOP and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and drive projects to successful completion.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost control.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings, architectural plans, and structural calculations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to identify, address, and resolve project-related issues.
• Submit project deliverables in accordance with established quality standards.
• Manage and communicate change requests, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of impacts to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Create and manage BOM, labor budgets, and pre-job packages.
• Participate in site meetings and assist with field measurements.
• Secure customer acceptances or project deliverables.
• Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Other duties as assigned.
