Job summary

Capstone Communities seeks a senior Project Manager to lead the Project Management team for multifamily development and construction projects in Kentucky. You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontracts and client reporting, while coordinating with Preconstruction, design and field operations.

Responsibilities include cost control, change order negotiation, and ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery in collaboration with Capstone’s development and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in construction management from preconstruction through close-out.
• Ability to read, comprehend and interpret architectural and consultant drawings, specifications and details.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project and industry software such as BlueBeam, ProCore and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project budgets, scopes of work, subcontracts, schedules and client/owner reporting.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, design and field teams to optimize product design and value engineering.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and track milestones against owner objectives.
• Prepare and execute subcontracts and purchase orders; review invoices and change orders.
• Maintain weekly detailed project budgets and communicate progress to ownership and development teams.
