Job summary

Menemsha Development Group in Torrance, CA is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to oversee construction activities from planning through closeout. You will lead field teams, manage budgets and procurement, ensure safety and quality, and maintain strong client relationships to drive project success.

The role requires extensive coordination with Project Managers, subcontractors, engineers, and city departments, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the construction processes and procedures.
• BS or equivalent related field experience.
• 3+ years of field experience in a supervisory capacity. 5+ years of construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the work of others, including Field/Project Managers under their direct supervision.
• Coordinate construction activities and ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain records, safety and quality documentation, and client communication.
• Oversee procurement decisions and manage site expenses to protect profitability.
• Engage with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Attend program/project meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
