Qualifications

• Experience managing daily activities and issues on construction projects.
• Proficient in project planning, scheduling, cost accounting, and quality control.
• Skilled in contract administration, safety management, and resource management.
• Able to coordinate owners, architects, and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversees construction projects from start to finish using the pre-planning guide and monthly master schedule.
• Develops a Master Variance for accounting before project starts and codes bills per guidelines.
• Manages subcontracts, purchase orders, pay requests, change orders, RFIs, and ASIs.
• Ensures shop drawings meet specs and that work is delivered per the contract schedule.
• Communicates problems to the Division Manager and ensures timely payments.
• Ensures work meets quality standards of plans and specs.
