Job summary

Donohoe Construction Company is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our New Construction team in the Maryland area. You will evaluate construction progress, oversee project completion within time and cost objectives, and ensure profitability and client satisfaction for the company.

The Senior Project Manager will lead contracts, bidding, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration while coordinating with clients, A/E contacts, and internal teams to drive successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or business related field.
• Demonstrated mastery in project management areas such as estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve and execute all project contracts and purchase orders for compliance with company policies and objectives.
• Support and implement the Company’s Project Management process.
• Coordinate, manage, and supervise the work of project staff providing support and direction.
• Oversee completion of project close-out.
• Promote the growth and development of client, subcontractor and vendor relationships.
