Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale energy efficiency, capital improvement, and major maintenance construction projects. You will plan, coordinate and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractor work, developing scopes of work, managing schedules and costs, and serving as the primary liaison with plant operations and clients.

Expected salary range of $109,800 to $122,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
The Senior Project Manager (PM) leads project teams and plans, directs, and coordinates activities of large-scale, energy efficiency, capital improvement and major maintenance-focused construction projects supporting large energy asset operations. Ensures that projects are completed safely, with a high level of quality, & on-time and on/under budget. Manages all aspects of project phases, from conceptual through pre-construction to completion. Act as primary liaison with clients, existing plant operations and maintenance staff, support development of subcontract and procurement documentation, including scope of work, equipment/material lists, and specifications. Negotiates subcontract and procurement scope, and terms & conditions.
