Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Project Manager in the Dallas area to lead the full life cycle of a construction project, from pre-development input through closeout. You will coordinate design input, on-site personnel, and subcontractors to ensure work is on budget and on schedule.

The role requires a B.S. in Construction Management, strong leadership, and 5+ years of experience. Procore experience is a plus; direct accountability to senior leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management or relevant degree.
• Understand costs and market conditions.
• The ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in leading a team is a plus.
• Procore experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and directing projects from start to finish.
• Directs and supervises work of project administration staff and construction engineers, and collaborates with project superintendents to establish priorities.
• Forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimates; problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, materials, equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration.
• Coordinates with Safety Manager to ensure projects meet safety goals.
• Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers.
• Maintain documentation such as RFI logs and change orders.
