Michael Page in Manhattan is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of interior construction for high-end commercial interiors. You will lead the project team, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 12+ years in commercial construction project management, a degree in Construction Management, OSHA preferred, and strong communication skills, with a focus on quality

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Commercial Construction Project Management.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership to the project team and manage assigned staff toward maximum performance.
• Build and maintain rapport with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements.
• Establish, communicate, and implement the Project Schedule.
• Manage budget and financial reporting; interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to budget.
• Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions.
