KnowHireMatch in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Project Manager to partner with the AVP of Construction and oversee multiple commercial development projects. You will coordinate with Development, Design, Legal, Leasing, Finance, and Property Management to keep programs on time and on budget.

The role requires 4 years of commercial construction experience, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, and strong financial oversight.

Formación

• 4 years' experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience with national general contractors or developers preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Strong project management and financial oversight abilities.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Drive construction planning, execution, and financial management.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with development teams from project inception to completion.
• Manage vendor contracts and general contractor relationships.
• Oversee project consultants and construction managers.
• Prepare monthly financial and progress reports.
• Review and approve change orders.
• Create comprehensive development schedules with Senior Development Manager.
