Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of commercial building construction management experience.
• Experience leading projects from start to finish.
• Track record managing projects valued at $10M+.
• Design-build experience is highly preferred.
• Food & beverage construction or manufacturing/industrial experience is a plus.
• Procore and BIM experience; Bluebeam and MS Project helpful.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Serve as liaison among owners, architects, engineers, field teams, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, including look-aheads, and identify risks.
• Manage project financials: budgets, estimates, contracts, change orders.
• Maintain project docs in Procore and coordinate BIM/MEP.
• Lead meetings, site visits, and oversee closeout documentation.
• Mentor team members and uphold client service standards.
