Job summary

Grand Canyon Development Partners in Las Vegas seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction and development efforts. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate design through construction, and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality meet client expectations.

The role requires a minimum of five years in construction management, with a degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management or related field is desired.
• OSHA 30 hour certification preferred (must obtain within 3 months of hire).
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Word. Basic knowledge of Prolog or other Project Management software. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Suretrack and Microsoft Project desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope of work encompassing a full design and/or construction team as directed by supervisor.
• Coordinate multi-discipline, full lifecycle development management.
• Review, analyze and resolve field construction problems with A/E supervision, client, and contractors.
