Job summary

EventMakers Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish on a contract basis. The role includes leading planning, coordinating contractors, managing budget, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, a related Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related field.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and processes.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse teams.
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Biometric passport for foreign candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and timelines ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate contractors subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality work is completed according to project specifications.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
• Communicate with clients architects engineers and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
• Prepare and submit project reports including budget updates progress reports and any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project.
• Train and supervise construction workers to maintain high-quality standards.
