Job summary

Parkhill is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex municipal construction projects in Texas. The role emphasizes on-site leadership, collaboration with clients, contractors, and design teams, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive construction management experience, CCM/PE credentials or OSHA 30, and proficiency with Procore.

Qualifications

B.S. in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
10+ years in construction phase services, CMAA CCM or PE certification preferred.
OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Proficiency with Procore (construction project management platform).
Experience coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants and vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of assigned construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Serve as primary contact between Parkhill, clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Oversee on-site construction teams, ensuring compliance with specs, schedules, safety and quality standards.
Review drawings and specifications to resolve field issues.
Administer contracts, track changes, process pay apps, and enforce obligations.
Monitor budgets and schedules, identify risks and mitigation strategies.
Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and lead coordination meetings.
