Responsibilities include leading design-bid-build and design-build projects, coordinating with owners, subcontractors, architects and suppliers, traveling to job sites as required, and ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or another related field.
  • Minimum 5 years as a general contractor PM on U.S. Federal Government projects.
  • Understanding of FAR and DFAR regulations.
  • Experience managing projects with employees in multiple locations nationwide.
  • Quality Control Plans aligned with government QA Surveillance & Performance Measures.
  • OSHA 30 and EM 385-1-1 training.
  • Value engineering, estimating and proposals.
  • Citizen or permanent resident with USCIS I-551.
  • Pass required background checks for Tribal 1 and federal requirements.
  • Drug-free workplace policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, coordination, execution and supervision of design-bid-build and design-build projects from start-up to close-out.
  • Oversee project costs, staffing and scheduling with owners, subcontractors, architects and vendors.
  • Ensure safety, quality and professional representation of Tribal One on each project.
