Job summary

Sauer Construction, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead project teams, manage daily activities, and oversee subcontractors on assigned construction projects in Houston. The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and scheduling capabilities to meet project objectives.

Responsibilities include contract administration, risk management, coordination with clients, and ensuring safety and quality controls.

Qualifications

• Accredited 5-year degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on Federal and/or Private construction projects.
• LEED Accredited certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for project teams and daily management of projects and subcontractors.
• Manage budget, financial reporting and cost control for the project.
• Attend and lead project meetings and oversee progress, pre-construction and pre-award activities.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety protocols and quality control programs.
• Oversee project close-out, including warranty period and owner communications.
