Job summary

Sundt Careers Texas is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead assigned projects, ensuring safety, profitability, and timely delivery. You will champion execution from preconstruction through construction, coordinating with estimators, superintendents, and clients.

This role requires strong knowledge of contract documents, schedules, and cash flow management, with a track record of delivering complex projects from $20M to $50M.

Qualifications

• Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Thorough knowledge of contract documents, forms, schedules, and cash flow procedures.
• Experience in preconstruction and managing construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to achieve safe, on-time, and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate transition from estimating to field operations with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage CPM schedules and procurement plans.
• Review change orders, manage risk, and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and company standards.
