MPI is seeking a Senior Project Manager for commanding commercial construction initiatives in Southern California. You will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and documentation, and coordinate with clients, design teams, and field staff.

The role demands a minimum of 10+ years of GC experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a commercial General Contractor.
• Proven experience managing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control experience.
• Ability to independently lead complex projects and project teams.
• Excellent communication and client-facing relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction operations and contract administration.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting.
• Lead procurement efforts and subcontractor buyout activities.
• Oversee contract administration, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Lead OAC meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor project financial performance and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate closely with field teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Drive project quality, safety, and operational excellence.
