Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex modular cleanroom and life sciences projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee field operations, coordinate with the design team, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing clients.

The role requires strong cost control, design coordination, and a track record of managing multi-discipline construction teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong cost management and estimating ability.
• Proficiency in Sage/Timberline, Procore, and related software.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in Revit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of construction projects with the Superintendent to meet schedule and budget.
• Participate in pre-construction services with Estimating and Project Team; VE where appropriate.
• Manage design/build scope, review designs/drawings, and advise on project results.
• Organize, direct, and coordinate construction team to deliver on time.
• Review subcontractor insurance/bonding and minority requirements; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Purchasing & Scheduling on pricing and manpower.
• Assist in creating project data sheets, press releases, and project database; obtain renderings/photos.
