Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects across pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing sectors while overseeing field operations from preconstruction through project completion.

You will collaborate with estimators, schedulers, and subcontractors to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and maintain stringent safety and quality standards. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil, or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of construction management experience directly related to responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Coordinate with Superintendent, estimators, purchasing, and scheduling to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Review designs, drawings, and specs; manage subcontracts, procurement, and document control in Procore.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with codes and company policies.
• Train and develop Assistant Project Managers; communicate expectations and progress to leadership.
