Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years managing complex land development projects.
• Experience with water/wastewater systems and water treatment.
• Proven track record of leading project teams and managing budgets.

• Manage client interactions and prepare proposal contracts.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee project quality assurance.
