Qualifications

• Collaborates with Preconstruction for budget preparation and monitoring.
• Manages and finalizes project budgets.
• Understands the owner’s contract requirements thoroughly.
• Participates in proposal meetings with owners to discuss costs.
• Oversees subcontracting processes and final executions.
• Plans construction operations and schedules phases.
• Ensures timing and budget compliance during project execution.
• Secures project sites and assets, maintaining safety.
• Demonstrates integrity in supporting company values and customer satisfaction.
