Senior Construction Project Manager - Bridge Construction

Job Overview

Structural Technologies VSL is currently hiring for a Senior Bridge Construction Project Manager to support our Heavy Civil division located in Fort Worth, TX.

As a project manager, you will oversee specialty new construction, complex repair, and strengthening of bridges. Your role involves collaborating with internal teams, creating schedules, negotiating contracts, and maintaining financial oversight. You provide leadership to project teams, work closely with estimators and sales, foster customer relationships, and prioritize safety and quality control throughout all bridge projects, all while having the opportunity to travel to job sites throughout the US.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage multiple construction projects with contract values ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
2. Oversee tasks such as structural concrete placement and segmental construction.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to create project schedules and negotiate contracts.
4. Maintain financial oversight and ensure quality control on all projects.
5. Foster customer relationships and ensure safety standards are met.
