Local Airport is embarking on a massive Terminal 5 Renovation and Reconstruction Project, and we are looking for three powerhouse Senior Project Managers to lead the way. WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the primary owner's representative, you will manage the full project lifecycle—from procurement through commissioning—ensuring schedule certainty and budget delivery.
- Lead Multi-Discipline Teams: Oversee designers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve complex technical, operational, and constructability issues.
- Manage Project Vitality: Drive scope development, oversee RFP processes, and manage technical design issues, RFI processing, and shop drawing reviews.
- Ensure Excellence & Safety: Enforce high-level health, safety, and environmental standards while maintaining rigorous Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes.
- Coordinate the Big Picture: Align your specific element (Concourse, Headhouse, or Site/Civil) with the broader T5 Program to ensure seamless logistical and technical integration.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience: 15+ years of experience, ideally in an airport or active operating environment, managing projects valued at over $100 million.
- Delivery Expertise: Proven success with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR, and Design/Build.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Project Management Information Systems (like PM Web).
- Leadership Mojo: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and maintain high team morale.
