Job summary

Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, drive safety and financial performance, and maintain client satisfaction under the Operations Manager.

You will lead pre-construction efforts, transition/start-up, and risk management while guiding staff and ensuring BURG objectives are met. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in construction (8+ years as PM), with strong leadership and client-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 8+ years of project management experience preferred.
• 12 years of construction experience required (or 16 years related experience).

• Contributes to Pre-Construction Processes.
• Oversees Job Transition and Start-Up Process.
• Accountable for Cost and Schedule.
• Accountable for Project Cash Flow.
• Directs and/or Oversees Staff.
