This role is accountable for project scope, budget, schedule, financial performance, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle while serving as a mentor and resource to Project Managers and Coordinators. The Senior Construction Project Manager acts as a key liaison among hospital leadership, end users, consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, resolve complex issues, and drive project success. Additionally, this position supports operational excellence through leadership of continuous improvement initiatives, development of departmental processes and standard operating procedures, and the application of industry best practices to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered environments.**Credential and Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Business Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.* Six (6) years of Construction Management or Program Management experience, including at least four (4) years leading complex healthcare relevant education, experience and/or certifications may be considered.**Minimum Skills/Specialized Training Required*** Advanced knowledge of design and construction project management principles,
