Base pay range

As a CM, you will be accountable for all civil works and associated financial control via scheduling (time), SP/ASP, and quality management for a given project. Ensure that all service providers adhere to company standards, processes, and procedures, as well as all federal and local standards. Identifies continuous improvement opportunities. Interfaces with External Interfaces: ASP/SP, Customer PM Internal Interfaces: IM Lead, Project Admin, Project Sponsor, CPM

What You’ll Do:

•Site pre-inspections and coordinate post-construction audits.

o Visual inspection of quality on site.

• Prepares regular interval progress reports as required by the project

• Attend coordination and progress meetings

• Provide accurate status information on the progress to project management.

• Provide technical assistance to the service providers and other suppliers who provide services associated with civil works activities.

• Reject wrong deliveries of material to the site.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of wireless construction management experience

• Must have a high level understanding of E2E inbuilding/IDS experience.

• Exp with project builds over 200 sites

• Must be located within Pittsburg/Warrendale PA Market - travel is required

• The ideal candidate should have a tower-related crew and installation experience focusing on safety. They would have experience to improve installation quality and cycle times in the field.

• Must have good experience constructing cellular sites, managing crews performing this work, and working with suppliers performing this work.

• Strong knowledge of general wireless construction processes & supplier management

• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

• OSHA 30 certification for the telecommunications industry
