THE OPPORTUNITY

The organization is looking to add an experienced construction/development professional to its team with responsibility across the planning, design, budgeting, and/or execution of multifamily projects.

Depending on the individual's background, the position can provide exposure to areas including pre-construction and design, development budgeting, architect and consultant management, contractor procurement, capital planning, construction oversight, and project execution.

These are owner-side opportunities, working closely with Development, Construction, Asset Management, Property Management, Architects, General Contractors, lenders, and other project partners. The roles offer meaningful ownership of projects and the opportunity to influence how they are planned and executed rather than being limited to one portion of the construction process.
