Summary

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for all project administration including contractual requirements, agreements with trade partners, purchase orders, and risk management. This individual also manages work performance, quality, and overall team progress against the project plan.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and communicate with BE&K Field Supervision, Subcontractors, and Vendors to ensure alignment with the Project Schedule.
2. Participate in preconstruction activities, including estimating, scope development, and GMP development.
3. Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and project close-out processes.
4. Oversee owner/subcontractor requisition processes, cash management, and meeting management.
5. Maintain project logs and foster subcontractor relationships.
6. Manage schedule and risk, and develop owner relationships.
7. Lead quality management and team leadership initiatives.
8. Oversee training and development for staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred).
• 10+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience.
• Strong business judgment, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Physical ability to perform site activities and wear PPE.
• Experience in Aerospace, Aviation, or Industrial sectors is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform physical activities and work in various weather conditions.
