Job summary

Job Juncture represents a leading real estate owner, investor, and developer in New York City seeking a Project Manager for its construction division. The PM will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control under the Project Executive, ensuring compliance with project standards.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management, 5–10 years of PM experience, and the ability to read plans and specs, manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, and safety programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• 5–10 years PM experience with a construction firm.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs.
• Experience with budgeting and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Chart objectives and plans and select participants.
• Oversee construction from design through completion.
• Develop scope sheets reading plans/specs; review shop drawings/submittals.
• Manage budgets, RFIs, submittals, and payment requisitions.
• Coordinate safety plans, permits, and stakeholder communications.
