Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of project-related cost management.
• Develop and maintain construction schedule; monitor milestones.
• Prepare take-offs and budgets for estimates up to $25M.
• Develop QA/QC program and implement Safety Program.
• Maintain monthly cost reports and forecasting.
