BOND Brothers, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead cost management, schedule development and performance for complex construction projects.

The role requires proactive client communication, QA/QC oversight, safety program implementation and the ability to manage up to $25M in estimates, coordinating with subcontractors and the project team.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven management insight to maximize employee productivity and performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for work and develop client opportunities.
• Experience with HeavyJob, HeavyBid, InSight Sitework, Vela, Primavera P6 and MS Office/Projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Training.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of project-related cost management.
• Assist in development and maintenance of the construction schedule and meet milestones.
• Take-offs and budgets for estimates up to $25M.
• Develop, track and complete the project QA/QC program.
• Implement the company's Safety Program.
• Identify project issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain client relationships with regular schedules, financials and progress updates.
• Coordinate subcontractor responses as a business partner to BOND.
• Provide monthly cost reports including forecasting of labor and subcontractor exposure.
