Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience on commercial or institutional projects.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, contract administration, procurement and controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and financial projections.
• Prepare and manage owner pay applications and billing.
• Negotiate, execute, and administer subcontract agreements.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and contract documentation.
• Collaborate with field leadership to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Lead meetings with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, cost control, and overall financial success.
• Coordinate project closeout, including punch list completion, owner training, warranties, and final documentation.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and support the development of project teams.
