Job summary

FH Construction Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from kickoff to closeout in Denver, CO. You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships while partnering with field and accounting teams to deliver high-quality projects with strong financial performance.

Our PMs take charge of the entire project life cycle, drive business development in key markets, and lead pre-construction activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in construction management, engineering, architecture, or similar.
• Prior experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive teams to deliver results.
• Understanding of the full project life cycle from cost estimating through closeout.
• Strong relationship-building with owners, vendors, and trade partners.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; client-facing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from kickoff to closeout and manage budgets, schedules, contracts and client relationships.
• Drive business development through relationships with key markets and pre-construction activities.
• Mentor and manage project team members; promote a culture of innovation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with design teams, preconstruction, and trade partners to meet target costs and savings.
• Oversee procurement, change management, and monthly financial projections.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across projects.
• Prepare and distribute project documentation and coordinate meetings.
