Job summary

Onni is seeking a Project Manager in Chicago to plan, execute, and finalize residential developments, coordinating internal teams and third-party contractors to meet project objectives and quality standards. You will define scope, goals, and milestones, manage risks and budgets, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Project/Development Manager
• Associate's degree or higher in Project Management or related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction and building codes
• Proficiency with MS Office and BlueBeam tools
• Ability to guide and coordinate a department with five or more employees
• Ability to interpret prints, drawings, financial and job cost reports
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage projects from inception to closure for residential scopes
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management
• Review critical path, manage changes, and develop contingency plans
• Draft and submit budgets and recommend changes
• Prepare detailed scopes for bid packages and contracts
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documents, and presentations
• Conduct design reviews for efficiencies and schedule improvements
• Determine status report frequency and content, analyze results
• Define project success criteria and communicate them to stakeholders
• Lead and mentor project team members and contractors
