Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. seeks a senior Project/Construction Manager to lead new store openings, remodels, and related projects from planning through grand opening. You will manage costs, schedules, and coordinate with multiple departments, traveling extensively to sites.

Act as a liaison to the GVP and VP, contributing to strategic planning and project delivery across the portfolio. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated personnel, project and time management skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, assess and negotiate fees for architects, engineers and consultants.
• Bid and negotiate General Construction contracts; manage budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate project with departments to ensure delivery and completion.
• Maintain project files, change orders and payments; monitor expenditures.
• Assist VP/GVP on strategic planning and special projects.
