Job summary

Harris is seeking a Project Executive - Mechanical Construction for a nationwide traveling role. You will lead a PM team, oversee safety, scheduling, and financial performance, and develop client relationships to drive future sales.

The position requires willingness to travel extensively and 15+ years of construction PM experience with strong mechanical systems knowledge. You will coach leaders, manage pre-construction activities, and participate in strategic planning to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction project management experience.
• 15+ years of strong understanding of mechanical systems.
• 15+ years of ability to read and comprehend construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level project oversight and leadership to a PM team.
• Manage safety, cost control and scheduling across projects.
• Develop client relationships to drive future sales and opportunities.
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve goals and improve performance.
